Anne Pryor, OSDA Board Member and Margie Mitchell of the Falmouth Beach Committee have graciously arranged the annual Summer Beach Employee Appreciation Breakfast again this year. It is a chance for the OSDA to show our appreciation for the work that these young people do for us on our beaches before they leave for other jobs, school, etc.
The Beach employees have a weekly meeting at Surf Drive Beach and we coordinate with that. The Breakfast is scheduled for Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 7:30 a.m. OSD members will assist Anne setting up and welcoming the employees that morning. Town Manager Julian Suso and Beach Superintendent Bruce Mogardo will be there to thank the Summer Staff as well. These young people really appreciate this and it is gratifying to see the caliber of employees that Bruce recruits for our beaches.
